Take a sneak peek into the event planning of a wedding in the heart of Jupiter, FL.

Beth and Chris’s wedding at the Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside in Jupiter, Florida was a celebration that perfectly captured the importance of flexibility, trust, and thoughtful planning.
Originally designed as an outdoor ceremony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, the day took an unexpected turn just hours before guests arrived. With a state of emergency issued and weather conditions shifting quickly, the plan required an immediate pivot.
What followed was a seamless transition that ultimately resulted in a setting even more striking than originally imagined.
As conditions changed, we moved the ceremony indoors to the Blue Heron Ballroom, a space known for its floor-to-ceiling windows and natural light.
Rather than feeling like a backup, the new setting created an entirely different atmosphere — one that felt bright, open, and unexpectedly intimate. The natural light pouring into the space became a defining element of the ceremony, elevating the moment in a way that could not have been replicated outdoors.
This is where preparation becomes essential. With a clear plan already in place, the transition was executed quickly and confidently, allowing the experience to remain calm and uninterrupted.
Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour while the ballroom was completely transformed for the reception.
The vendor team worked together efficiently to flip the space — reconfiguring the layout and preparing the room without disrupting the flow of the celebration. By the time guests returned, the environment had shifted seamlessly from ceremony to reception.
These transitions are often where the planning process has the greatest impact — ensuring that each phase of the day feels intentional and well-paced.
As the evening progressed, the weather cleared, allowing the celebration to return outdoors.
The night concluded with a sparkler send-off on the Mangrove Deck, overlooking the water — a moment that felt both celebratory and symbolic after a day that required flexibility and trust.
It was the perfect closing to a wedding that embraced change while maintaining a sense of ease and cohesion throughout.
