We’re thrilled to share a beautiful story – the wedding of Emily and Justin, a couple whose journey began at Florida Gulf Coast University and blossomed into a lifetime commitment. As their trusted wedding planner, we had the honor of bringing their vision to life at the stunning PGA National Resort, the same cherished venue where Emily's parents exchanged vows 30 years ago.
Emily and Justin's special day started on the picturesque lakeside terrace, under a beautifully designed arch that framed the breathtaking views. The ceremony was rich with personal touches and meaningful traditions, including the breaking of the glass, symbolizing the fragility and preciousness of life and love. One of the ceremony's most heartwarming moments was seeing their youngest flower girl, adorably pulled in a wagon, drawing smiles and happy tears from all in attendance.
The celebration continued in the lush Atrium courtyard, where guests were greeted with a personal touch at every corner. The cocktail hour featured charming details such as personalized drink stirrers and cocktail napkins adorned with the face of Ellie, the couple’s beloved goldendoodle. The signature drinks were a hit, each thoughtfully presented on beautifully designed signs featuring 'his' and 'hers' selections.
As the sun set, the British Ballroom doors opened to reveal a breathtaking black and white themed decor. The dance floor, wrapped in white vinyl, featured a black monogram of a heart enclosing the couple's initials – a perfect centerpiece. The ambiance was set by the soft glow of candlelight reflecting off the white tablecloths and black napkins, while greenery and white flowers added a fresh, elegant touch. The guests dined at tables adorned with clear chargers rimmed in black, enjoying the backdrop of a stunning white flower wall behind the sweetheart table. The heart-shaped champagne flutes added a romantic flair to the couple's toast.
